ActivideeDo

Mar 2021

ActivideeDo is an interactive SaaS web application, built for child care facilities and parents. The project started based on a local gymnastic studio's unfulfilled software needs. Desiring something more modern, easier to use, and far more functional for their business management and parent communication, they decided to build their own dream application. The project is still in the works, with an expected launch in early 2022.

It is being built with Amazon Web Services, with a separate public sales website hosted and built on Webflow. I've been involved with every step of the building process, but most importantly: branding, feature planning, user type architecture, UI/UX design, wireframing and mockups.

The application will be versatile and scalable for any industry. We have defined several management and family account types, each with ranging levels of user permissions. ActivideeDo aims to become the ultimate software for all children's activity centers, featuring scheduling systems, internal messaging, virtual content libraries, customizable branding, staff and student management, and much more. Many of the features are being vetted against the gym's large staff and other local facilities, to ensure the best product fit.
